Subject: Christmas Mass help request & a few other notes ...


A SPECIAL request for Ushers ...
If any Dads or Moms (or other adults) that attend the 4PM, 6PM, or 10PM Masses on Christmas Eve can take a few minutes to help with the offertory collection, the ushers would be very grateful.  Just check in at the entrance of Church (and in the Hall @ 4pm), ask for the Usher Captain, and let him/her know your name and that you will come back to help with the collection.  The collection begins after the Homily, Nicene Creed (if part of that Mass) and the Silent prayers.  Also, if anyone is able to help out at the beginning of the masses with seating people (make sure someone saves YOUR seat) and/or if you can assist in the back parking lot with parking prior to Mass beginning it would be  terrific!


"Holy Family Day" Sunday 12/29
In addition to other activities on "Holy Family Day" there is a special presentation and blessing planned for 10:15 Mass on 12/29.  This is for the LARGER Holy Family statue.  Yes - We received the donation of the larger statue.  Thanks for your support with the program!  Small versions are still available.  There is no "dead line" for ordering.  It is an ongoing program to all who are interested.


Ice Skating  1/11/03
Remember to save the date for the annual Family Ice Skating and Broom-Ball fun on Saturday January 11, 2003.  It's open to all STLM families and friends.
