A few quick notables & reminders for your calendar: 1) SYNOD – Wed 7-9pm @ the Hall This is your LAST CHANCE for this round of “Speak-Up” sessions. Monsignor Loves STLM’s CFM ministry because it is always fresh & full of life. He has specifically asked for more CFM families to participation in the SYNOD. Please attend this last meeting. Even if your opinion is the same as someone else’s, it is very important to voice it again. The topics/subjects that receive the most comments (especially repeated comments) will have more emphasis at the next level of discussions. – It’s easy & almost painless ... so Please Get Involved! 2) Saturday 5:00pm Mass December 1, 2001 This is a special mass where His Eminence Cardinal Roger M. Mahony Archbishop of Los Angeles will AGAIN be at our Parish. This Mass is in recognition of the new promotion & title of “Protonotory Apostolic” that our “Most Reverend Monsignor Lenihan” has recently received. Our wonderful choir will be performing some new pieces that they have been diligently rehearsing over the last several weeks. Let’s have a strong turnout to show Monsignor our support and love. 3) Christmas & New Year Enjoy all of your holiday parties & festivities and of course remember the “Reason for the Season.” Need we say more? 4) CFM Ice Skating is Saturday January 5th, 2002! Don’t let this event sneak up on you after the New Year celebrating is over. The whole family will love the fun of skating the famous “Broomball Games”. Whether you’ve never been skating or you’re a professional, we want you on the Ice having fun! Let your CFM group leader know how many of you will be attending. That’s all for now.
